The hotel is nestled in the centre of Bilbao, merely 1.2 km from the Artxanda Funicular Station and a mere 0.9 km from the Ribera Market. The Radisson Collection Bilbao is situated within reach of the Roman Catholic church "Bilbao Cathedral", which is considered to be a sacred site.

comfortable bedrooftop barlight lunch
the room had great decor and the bed was really comfortable. i had access to an umbrella when exiting the hotel. the rooftop bar had nice lounge chairs. i enjoyed a light lunch in the hotel.
bathroom mirrors were dirty. the hotel phone does not have a direct connection to reception.

the hotel's location was central. i particularly enjoyed the spacious room size and i found the bed comfortable. also, the bathroom was gorgeous and included nice toiletries.

the hotel provides a well-equipped gym featuring three treadmills and two stationary bikes, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routines. the pool area includes twenty comfortable loungers along with a shaded section for relaxation.

Our collection superior room was not as clean as expected I found some dust on the shelves. the bathroom mirrors had marks that looked like toothpaste. the rooftop bar required reservations, even for hotel guests, i was not informed about this during check-in. the whole system felt a bit inconvenient.

the location allows easy walking distance to main attractions and it is convenient for public transport.
i arrived late to find the hotel had no parking available i was directed to public parking some distance away i had to walk back through the city centre furthermore i found used coffee capsules in the machine and used plastic bags in the closet that should have been removed.
